Normal Importation
Required documents for Importation
The following complete documents are required for importation and should be submitted to CLL prior to the vessel’s/aircraft’s arrival to ensure smooth handling and clearing of cargo.

| – | Final Invoice (Commercial Invoice) |
| – | Packing List |
| Copy of approved Form “M” | |
| – | Combined Certificate of Value and Origin (CCVO) |
| – | Manufacturer’s Certificate of Production |
| – | Original Packing List |
| – | Copy of approved Form “M” |
| – | Other permits as applicable (NAFDAC import permit, SONCAP, NESREA Certificate). |
| Quarantine Certificate, Fumigation certificate(Phytosanitary), Plant quarantine certificate- As may be applicable.
End user Certificate – for bombs, explosives, acid, bulletproof equipment or accessories etc. (www.euc.nsa.gov.ng) NAFDAC Documents- Certificate of analysis, Health Certificate, Certificate of Origin, MSDS (Where applicable). |
