We are licensed Ship brokers and Clearing & Forwarding Agency in the business of Ship brokerage, Tanker/Vessel/Barge Chartering, Freight Forwarding and Clearing, Haulage/Transportation, Warehousing and Collateral Management.

The Company was registered in 2008 to carry out Logistics business and acquired its Customs License in 2009 from the Customs and Excise department of the Federal Government of Nigeria to carry on Clearing activities at all Nigerian Ports.
In 2011, the Company increased its share capital to N25million and further acquired a Shipping Agency License from the Federal Government of Nigeria via its agencies (Nigerian Ports Authority-NPA and Nigerian Maritime Administration & Safety Agency-NIMASA).
This License allows us carry on business as Receiving Ship Agents, Brokers for Vessel Chatters, Sales and Fleet Management (Cargoes and Tankers).
In a bid to become an IATA Certified Agent, the Company in 2017 increased its share capital to N50million. The certification process is on-going.Concessionary Logistics is a member of Association of Nigeria Licensed Customs Agents (ANALCA) and Council for Regulation of Freight Forwarding Practice in Nigeria (CRFFN) while our Managing Director is a member of National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF).
At the international level, we are registered members of the elite freight forwarders network: WCA and WTleads.
